The history of the office begins in 2006, when Spyros Vallianos started working as a Mechanical Engineer in project studies, in the issuance of building permits, topographical and energy studies, in collaboration with recognized Civil Engineers and Architects.

After obtaining his Civil Engineering degree in 2016, from the Technical University of Patras, he opened the new MechPlus office, with the aim of expanding the services provided and the comprehensive support of any technical, construction project.

Thanks to the multifaceted training in the fields of Engineering, along with many years of practical experience in the field of design, the new office undertakes to cover every need of your construction, from permitting and design to its smooth operation.

Spyros’ parallel work experience as “Land Survey Manager” makes the office the most expert in Topography and real estate development, as well as in the needs of Energy Studies and the “Savings at Home” Program, thanks to the undertaking and successful completion of many such projects.
